Sophia Ly Phi
Founder & Visionary Director
Sophia Ly Phi is the founder of Spiritual Science Nonprofit Association, a visionary humanitarian, spiritual mentor, Reiki Master Healer, Blesser, and Energetic Alchemist Healer known for her expertise in energy healing therapy.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (1985), Sophia combines scientific understanding, emerging wellness technologies, and spiritual wisdom in her approach to holistic well-being.
Active in the health and wellness field since 1990 and practicing energy healing since 2007, she has engaged in extensive spiritual development. This includes more than eight years of programs through the Art of Living Foundation, as well as receiving initiation and blessings from Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Sophia also practices as a medical intuitive, offering insights that enrich her spiritual counseling.
Guided by compassion and a commitment to serving humanity, Sophia is developing Bhakti Village, a humanitarian vision for sustainable, intergenerational communities where vulnerable children, elders, and families can thrive through education, holistic wellness, ecological living, and mutual care.
Through Spiritual Science, she seeks to bridge ancient wisdom and modern innovation, empowering individuals and communities to live with greater compassion, harmony, and purpose.
Zeffi Devi
Director of Spiritual Healing & Education
Zeffi Devi is an internationally experienced spiritual teacher, author, medical intuitive, Reiki Master, and founder of the Ancient Healing Academy, bringing over 30 years of expertise in spiritual education, energy healing therapy, intuitive healing, and personal transformation.
Born in Athens, Greece, and based in Sedona, Arizona, Zeffi has delved into ancient wisdom traditions across India, Europe, and the United States, incorporating Tantric Buddhism, sacred feminine teachings, meditation, and energy healing into her holistic practices.
Since founding the Ancient Healing Academy in 2000, she has crafted spiritual education programs, workshops, retreats, and international conferences, including Woman Arising, which focuses on spiritual awakening and women's empowerment.
As the Director of Spiritual Healing & Education, Zeffi will spearhead the development of the proposed Rays of Love Healing Program within Bhakti Village, fostering compassionate spiritual well-being and educational initiatives for children, adults, and elders, alongside spiritual counseling.
Her mission is to inspire inner healing, spiritual awareness, and personal transformation through the integration of ancient wisdom, compassion, and holistic practices.
Vajracharya Douglas Sutton
Director of Ancient Buddhist Healing
Vajracharya Douglas Sutton is an ordained Buddhist teacher and spiritual healer of the Chinese Esoteric School, boasting over 25 years of experience in Esoteric Dharma, Buddhist philosophy, and traditional spiritual healing practices, including energy healing therapy.
Since 2000, he has studied under Enlightened Master Maha Vairocana Dharma King Dechan Jueren, becoming the 49th Dharma Lineage Holder of the Chinese Esoteric School and the 47th Lineage Holder of Linji Chan Buddhism.
After eight years of spiritual training in China, Douglas returned to the United States in 2012, continuing his work in Buddhist education, meditation, and traditional spiritual healing. He has also served as Vice Abbot of the Dari Rulai Temple in La Puente, California.
Drawing upon ancient Buddhist wisdom and lineage-based practices, Douglas teaches traditional spiritual healing techniques that promote inner harmony, compassion, self-awareness, and spiritual development, and he also offers spiritual counseling and insights as a medical intuitive.
As Director of Ancient Buddhist Healing, Douglas will lead the development of Buddhist spiritual healing and educational programs within the proposed Rays of Love Healing Program at Bhakti Village. Collaborating with Zeffi Devi, he will help create compassionate programs for children, adults, and elders, preserving ancient Buddhist wisdom while supporting holistic well-being.
Dr. Victoria Le
Director of Integrative Wellness & Technology
Dr. Victoria Le is a chiropractor, holistic wellness practitioner, and Art of Living Foundation-trained teacher who integrates healthcare knowledge, meditation, stress management, and spiritual counseling to support whole-person well-being. As a proponent of energy healing therapy, she emphasizes the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit in her practice.
As Director of Integrative Wellness & Technology, Victoria will oversee the development of the proposed Bhakti Village Wellness Center, evaluating and integrating emerging wellness technologies, therapeutic equipment, and holistic wellness programs for residents. She will also leverage her skills as a medical intuitive to enhance the services offered at the center.
In addition, she will explore potential collaboration with the Art of Living Foundation, working alongside Zeffi Devi and Vajracharya Douglas Sutton to develop complementary spiritual education, meditation, and well-being programs for children, adults, and elders.
Her vision is to create an accessible, compassionate wellness environment where modern innovation and traditional wisdom, including energy healing therapy, work together to support healthier, more balanced lives.
